7. By Brooklyn

By Brooklyn sells products that are strictly made in Brooklyn, so when you shop at this store, you're buying items that were made with love by locals.

Some of the many items you can buy include hand towels, ginger syrup, cookbooks, bags, chocolate, jewelry, children's books, mugs, caramels, and more.

Located on Smith Street, By Brooklyn is open Sunday through Wednesday from 11am to 7pm, and Thursday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm.

8. Green in Brooklyn

If you're looking for eco-friendly items, Green in Brooklyn is where you want to shop. They have a reputation for offering high quality products while delivering a smile and excellent customer service. Just a handful of the products you can buy include stationary, towels, blankets, chocolate, books, crafts, and beauty products. Set on Myrtle Avenue, Green in Brooklyn is open Monday through Friday 11am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and on Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

9. Brooklyn Superhero Supply Co.

Are you a secret superhero? Know someone who is or wants to be? Then you should stop by the Brooklyn Superhero Supply Co. 

On 5th Avenue where you can find all the superhero products you need to get going. Items you can buy include capes, t-shirts, bags, goggles, lights, and more.

The store is run entirely by volunteers, and it's open seven days a week. Hours are usually 11am to 5pm.

10. Brooklyn Flea

So technically Brooklyn Flea isn't a souvenir shop, but it is where you can find a huge amount of fabulous souvenirs that you can't find anywhere else. Many of the items are made by locals. There's over 100 vendors as well as 30 food vendors, so you're never going to be short of places to shop or eat.
